wtf period??

so I started taking the pill a week and a half ago and I was supposed to get my period 8 days ago and this is the latest I've ever been and I'm hoping to god it's bc of the pill but I have no idea

I've missed entire months before, I wouldn't get too scared yet... Maybe go see a doctor or something to ask?

When I stated the pill last year my period went from being on the clock to very irregular. I would have a period in May as that was when I started the pill and then I wouldn't have another one until November. My doctor said it was very normal because the pill decreases the amount of lining on the uterus. Don't sweat it you could have the same thing I did. I hope this helps some!!

You won't get your period until your off week on the pill, Oo the week you take the sugar pills depending on what kind you have. The pill will change the dates of your cycle but also regulate it.
