Tips on how to keep positive needed

Morning ladies,
Firstly I'm sorry for all of our losses. 
We are a community of friends that are all joined by sadness and loss. 
I'm currently feeling very depressed after loosing my first baby in May. 
I could really do with some positive thoughts and tips on how to cope at the moment. I think these positive thoughts will help a lot of people. 
My positive thought Is I'm lucky we can conceive, I'm very lucky X
