Not progressing in labor :, (

Had a terrible day yesterday, thought I would have to be induced due to IUGR, but ultrasound said he grew a pound and a half in a week. It was such a relief. I finally relaxed, and had a cervical check because of some back pain and upper thigh pain. So painful. She said 70% effaced, -3 station, and 4 cm dilated. We get home and I feel like I have to go to the bathroom. I felt sick to my stomach, and contractions started. I went to the labor and delivery unit at about 11 pm, and got admitted. Walked for hours, did squats, and even bounced on a ball until 5 am. 3 cervical checks so far, no progress. I was given morphine to sleep, and haven't been able to eat (still not feeling good). I was also told that my contractions weren't complete. They said my uterus was irritated and so I'm getting 15 second contractions every 2 min instead of 1 min contractions every 5-7. The morphine didn't help with sleep, so now I'm just kind of high. They still haven't told me if I'm actually in labor. The nurses and doctor are so nice, I wish I wasn't so upset. I just don't know what to do. ...
