Recovery

Our sweet baby girl is here! She came one week early, on Sun 7/3. I am now home, but having crazy pain in my stitches in my lady area. Is this normal? I'm a FTM. The doctor checked me yesterday before discharge and said everything looked normal, but I can barely walk or even sit on the toilet because it hurts and stings so bad. What can I do to help feel better?
