I want to give birth alone why?

I don't no why but I want to give birth alone st first I didn't I even invited my mother inlaw now I wish I didn't I don't even want my partner there I no I'm being silly it's more of a feeling like when dogs or cats want to birth alone in a dark room alone if you no what I mean X

You need one support person. Some animals want to be alone, but many pets  need someone to encourage them and let them know it's alright and that the pain will end. Make it clear to your SO that if you want your MIL out of the room, for him to get her out so you don't have to fight with anyone. My husband and I don't have anyone coming to the birth center with us, and he already knows that when I'm not feeling well or in pain I don't want to even be touched by him so we're assuming it's the same in labor. I want words of encouragement but I don't want to be touched. He knows to be there and touch me when I need it though.

It's not stilly, it's normal. It's an instinct. Do what you need to do to get that baby out. It's not pleasant either way.

This isn't silly at all. All animals birth privately, and there are many book written about how our bodies open better for birth when we feel comfortable, private and safe. It's up to you mamma, don't feel bad about creating the birth environment you need.

I know what you mean. The other night I was admitted due to contractions and vomiting and all night my partner was bugging the living hell outta me. I was in pain and all I wanted to scream was "shut the f&@" up!" Of course I didn't, but it just felt like I wanted to be alone. I hate to be asked "are you ok" when obviously I'm not and then I just feel like I'm complaining if I say yes every time he asks. Naturally out of concern that's all my husband kept doing 😒

I only want my husband in the room. Probably won't even tell family and friends I'm in labor. We kinda want our privacy until the baby is born.

I am feeling the same way as well. I feel like my partner wouldn't understand what I'm going thru or say anything to calm me down when the labor pain kicks in. It's all up to you. Do what you feel would make you have a easy labor experience. ☺️

Last time all I wanted todo was listen to the midwife not my other half screaming push 😂 infact him and my sister drove me mental to the point I said shit the f up I need to just listen to the midwife and with my first and 2ed baby omg my mother looking all concerned she did nothing but panic just want I needed that's why I won't have her in for my 4th and and didn't for my 3erd X
