2nd trimester morning sickness?

I didn't have any nausea or vomitting all of my first trimester, and then today is the first day of my 2nd trimester and WHAM I woke up puking, came to work puking, haven't had a moment where I didn't feel like I was about to blow. I had low BP all 1st trimester, and I know it's probably really low today and I thought I had made it past any of this stuff. Has anybody else had this? It's bothering me that it didn't start until just now when I should've gone through this weeks ago. 😕
