Grunting baby...?

My three week old grunts all the time. Is this normal? Is anyone else experiencing this with their baby?

We have been thinking perhaps our little guy is part dinosaur with the noises he makes.

My baby, 14 days old tomorrow, is grunting a lot too! I plan to ask the doctor about it but it seems normal from what I've read!

My almost 3 week old grunts all through naps and nighttime... I don't know why. I asked about it and Dr said they are noisy and that's all the advice I received
