Swollen lymph node??

I was washing my face and I noticed underneath my chin is swollen. There's a little knot and it hurts to touch. I've also had symptoms of a cold? Running nose, cold sore, migraines, etc. I'm also 29 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Is it possible that my lymph node is swollen? Should I call my doctor? What should I do?

I get swollen lymph nodes all the time if I'm fighting a bug especially if I have sore throat or congestion, it's just your body's way of fighting the illness and should get better in a few days.

I've had 2 swollen lymoh nodes for over two years that never go away and two more that showed up in April. It should be okay
