Waiting to retest

I'm waiting to retest after getting a negative on Monday. I'm 5 days late on my period still. I'm having some symptoms but they kind of fluctuate every other day. Well my nipples have been getting a little more sore every day, and this morning I noticed little white dots on the tip of my nipples, they only seem to show when my nipples are hard. My areola's seem a little darker as well but my actual breasts aren't sore. Is this normal? Could it be a pregnancy sign or should I be worried about other possibilities such as breast cancer?
