Question about start date .

Yesterday I wiped once had a little blood nothing crazy and light pink put Tampon in . When I took out after a while it was all dark but not blood dark. (Tmi sorry) today was original start date but haven't started . Yesterday I plugged in the app as I started but today tried to delate it because I didn't fully start and it changed my predictive period to next week! Really my question is do you consider what I had yesterday as the start of period or just wait for when I really see blood to mark it. Thanks !
