What is wrong with me?!?

I am so sick. I was diagnosed with hyperermesis gravidarum, and was put on Reglan, diclegis, and zofran. I've been taking all of them and doing okay with it for a week or two now, but today I am SO SICK. Cannot keep anything down. No pills, no water, no food. I'm miserable :( am I sick or is my body rejecting the medicine now? Is it just not working for some reason all the sudden? Idk what to so I feel so lost and so horrible. I have a 2 year old son and it's so freaking hard to take care of him when I'm like this. It's like I went back to square one! Someone please give me some advice :(
