How do I accept this?

I have posted about this before. Fiancé and I were together 6 years and he ended things at the beginning of May. He ended it because of an abortion we had 5 years ago and he couldn't get over it apparently. He said he wishes he felt different but this is just the way he feels. If he didn't feel like this about the abortion we would be together. So he wants to be together but we can't. I don't know how to accept it and move on with my life. I love him very much and thought we were forever

I was with my ex for almost 6 years when he came home one day to tell me he was having a baby with someone else (karma is...it turned out not to be his) but anyways...I thought I was going to die and never be able to move on from him or the pain! But day by day it got easier...and here I am 8 years later happier than ever with my daughter and ttc with a man I thought I'd never find!! I know it's hard honey but it will get better once you finally allow it to start getting better!!

Sounds like he is just not man enough to admit he wants out so his making excuses. If he really wanted to be with you, he could have suggested counselling and other ways to work things out. Don't waste time on him... He just opened the way for you to find someone better.

Get angry. He's a dick. He wants to be together but can't.  So in other words he doesn't want to be together but isn't man enough to say rhat, instead he wants to sound nice and say it's not his fault, that he tried but circumstances beyond his control are the reason. Until you start trying to move on you won't. I stayed stuck a year. A wasted year. We didn't reconcile.  He did it to me the day we were supposed to move into out new house. It took many years to honestly see why it woukdnt have worked between us. He did apologize later. We were in our mid 20s, had alot to learn about ourselves still and I went on to get my heart broken again (he did too) and now I don't even cosine him a major love. Just a major heartbreak because I refused to let go.

Absolute looser for implying it's because of that ......he's better off in the trash where he belongs !!!!! I'm flipping angry and I don't even know the guy !!!
