Giving up!

Last year the husband and I had a ectopic pregnancy, I lost my left Fallopian tube. Now I Only have one Fallopian tube and I feel like I will never get pregnant again. We've been trying for months now and nothing! I'm due for my period in 2 days and took a test today bc iv been nauseous and have had bad back cramps the past couple of days. And it was a bfn, I'm getting so tired of seeing "not pregnant". I'm giving up!! 😢
