Has anyone had bacterial vaginosis while on their period? I was diagnosed yesterday and started my period today. Just wondering about tampon or cup use. I normally use a cup but decided it might not be the best choice this time around since I have an infection. I am wanting to know if period hygiene products hindered recocery? I am on metronidazole(flagyl). Thanks in advance.
