37 +1 no progress

So I'm 37 weeks 1 day and I have no progression at all I am still working, I walk constantly, I've been taking evening primrose oil and red raspberry leaf but still not effacing or dilating at all this is my second child and at this point with my first I was already 2cm and at least 50% effaced not sure why this little guy is bein so stubborn lol but does any one have and suggestions to make some progression happen?
