Weight

So... Since being with my boyfriend I've put on 2 stone(24pounds). I'm so unhappy!! 
So this last few weeks I've cut out sugar- cut out a fair amount of rubbish. I've also tried to exercise on a daily basis, albeit sometimes only for ten-fifteen minutes. I'm mega unfit. 
I know there is no quick fix... But I just need to start seeing some kind of result... Any one know anything that can make me lose a little bit quicker for motivation? X
