I took normal vitamins before pregnancy so I was already in the habit. I take prenatals and will continue until I'm done breastfeeding.

I also really agree with Asia! Don't be afraid to stop taking them and try a different brand. Your body may take differently to others!

I started taking them as soon as I found out (3 weeks 4 days) they help so much with fetal development. Especially one with DHA, hells brain and eye development. They're not just for the mom's benefit, mostly for the baby.

I'm going to start today. I'm 9 weeks tomorrow. Before they would make me nauseous

I bought them right after my appointment confirming the pregnancy. I haven't missed a say since.

I took them all the time first and second trimester and feel like even though they made my nausea a bit worse, they also helped a lot with energy. In my 3rd trimester I realize my nausea returned also with acid reflux but I get neither when I skip them. I stopped taking them and feel much better
