Raspberry leaf tea?? What's your views?

Just been told about raspberry leaf tea. What's your views on it? I'm 35 weeks so won't be trying it yet but will closer to my due date as I went over due with my other 2 and don't want to be induced again. Did it help? Thank you.

So you're actually supposed to start utilizing the tea earlier rather than later. A big misconception is that it can help you start your labor, but it works by toning your uterus over time which can help ease the pain of contractions and reduce postpartum bleeding. Unfortunately, three weeks probably isn't enough time for your body to utilize the tea to its full benefits, but you could drink 2-3 cups a day, it's not bad for you by any means. But if you have any future pregnancies, try drinking it every day starting in your second trimester :)

I also heard from a few people that it has helped start labour off so not to drink it to early

You should have started it a while ago in my opinion! I've been drinking it since the start of my second trimester
