Signs~Has anyone else had cramping 4-5 days before period then nothing!! No cramps, no af. What was your results.

I had cramping for two days, day five and four before af is supposed to show. Here is day three and no af an no more cramping. I can't find anything on the internet that might explain it, so I'm hoping some of you ladies may have experienced this.
