Cramps at work?

I work with men who don't go through cramps and know how badly they can hurt (to the point I pass out or scream in pain)- which means they're not very understanding if I need to leave early due to this. I'm on birth control, have been for three months and I don't skip the fourth week, everything was fine and my period skipped last month but I just got it and now I have cramps. I have work in an hour and I'm just wondering what does everyone do at work to help them? I'm a pet specialist at Petsmart so I'm constantly busy and helping people.
