My AF came on time. But I'm still peeing frequently, and my boobs still hurt. Typically my breast hurt a week prior to my AF coming and then will stop. I need answers please. And I'm cramping pretty badly and it's my first day. That doesn't happen either.

Peeing frequently and sore breast are unfortunately not just symptoms of pregnancy. Also cramping. It sounds like a normal AF to me, but if you are still worried and think you may be pregnant, I would see a doctor soon because bleeding during pregnancy is a red flag. Good luck!
