How much should heart rate increase during pregnancy?
Is 120 bpm at rest too high? I know pregnancy requires more blood flow, so the heart works harder, but I've been having sudden pounding and what I thought was racing heartbeat with no obvious reason (when I've been lying down, not overly anxious about anything), so I decided to compare it to my usual rate and took it when I was feeling normal, and it's 120 while I'm just sitting here. Is that bad? I'm 28 weeks if that matters.
