3 cm dilated and 90% effaced. Baby boy is head down in the birth canal as she could feel his head when checking my cervix. She said once I get to a four she will admit me:) cant believe I could be meeting my son any day now! After appointment today I lost lots of bright red mucus stuff and started contracting! Going to pack baby's bag tonight as this is my second child and everyone says things can change drastically within a short period. Better to be prepared than nothing. Im just so happy! All that sex, pineapple eating, squats and bouncing on my yoga ball has paid off. I know its only 3 cm, but that's 3 cm I will already have put behind when its time! :)
