Feeling a really strong pressure down there ?

Im 36 weeks and my baby is already is head down but right now I can't walk I feel really bad pain down there like if his head is going to pop any second lol ... Is it because he's head down ? I don't feel this all the time though ... Also it was after I went to the restroom and then like water started dripping but I just thought it was pee since that's what I did ...
