Yeast infection or no? Help..

I am recently divorce. And I haven't had sex in about 9 months. So when I finally got to hang out with my boyfriend(long distance) I was super wet done there.lol we used protection expect for one time but he never came. This was about 3 weeks ago. I just started to itch down there. It's not burning just randomly itching. I have been putting itch cream which helps. I never had this problem before. My ex was my only partner...help someone..
