Dog detect pregnancy??

Question

I'm just wondering people's experience with animals detecting pregnancy. How early can a dog tell you're pregnant? I'm only 3dpo but my dog has been on top of me all day and it's so not like her.. I'm sure I'm making this up and/or getting my hopes up.. So I was just curious! 😊

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. My one cat knew right away she used to sleep on my chest and stomach and out of no where she started sleeping at the top of my head on my pillow. My boy dog would always jump on my stomach if I was laying on the couch (he's a chihuahua so no harm lol) he stopped doing that and knows not to jump on me at all. He also started to smell my stomach every day when I came home. Now at 17 weeks he sleeps curled up right at my lower stomach every night.

My dog knew. I was a month or 2 pregnant. And he's not a lap dog at all. But he'd lay on me and smell my tummy.
