Hey , ive recently gone through A HELL OF ALOT with my daughters father . Ive purchased everything for her mind you i have no job . i used all my saved money . he has yet to buy her anything .. Not even a headband -_- i am fed up . Can someone from PA explain how everything works ? And the easiest ways to go about it ? Does she have to have his last name ?

She doesn't have to have his last name but he does need to be listed as father on the birth certificate. You can file through the courts of your local county. They will base the amount off of what he makes n will take it out of his check every month ( just like taxes) n it will go  onto the card they give you. Hope this helps. Good luck.
