Birthday/Anniversary month breakup..😢

Hi,i jus wanted to share this..I'm dating my boyfriend since 3years.He is awesome n very much kind n a nice guy.He isn't doing well in his business since few months.I support him ghe best I can by not being a demanding gf..Last sunday,he suddenly texts me 'Can we take a break from relationship?' He says he doesn't deserve love for now n even I shouldn't waste my time in him..he is really frustrated coz of his work..I'm broken..we bothe love n care bout each other..I dint want to leave him in this bad phase..I really care for him..he hasn't since then talked to me..I want to meet him but he has his knee broken n I can't even visit him..Am not able to stop being in tears from then..It's my birthday on this 21st and also our 3rd anniversary..I don't feel like celebrating it without him..I really want him back n don't wana leav him..what should i do?
