I am starting to think that I am having a real pregnancy and not a chemical pregnancy

Did anybody else feel major hunger pains every morning, in the first weeks of their pregnancy? They've been waking me up at 5 every morning. I am a week late today. My bfps turned to bfns last week, so I am scared to test again...😁😁
