non stop pooping😂

I was recently in hospital and they put me on 2 drips and gave me a load of drugs but I've been out for 2 days now and I've literally non stopped been on the toilet pooping and weeing ! Like none stop I'd say hourly or less 😂 is this the drugs ? Or do I just have some sorta bladder problem😂
