Really bad pain at 30 weeks & 6 days pregnant.

Ok last night I got up to pee and I got a really bad pain on the side of my belly on the left side, it made me nauseous and hard to walk it didn't go away right away and to make it worse the baby was very active on that side, it did go away after 15 minutes or so, but I was getting really worry, is that normal? Someone else getting those pains? It was very painful 😫
