Ok this might sound stupid so don't judge

I was reading somewhere that the hormone pills taken by people transitioning from male to female, soften the skin and develop breasts. I'm a biological female with almost no boobs, what would happen if I took these pills if I had access to them? I'm not trying to get my hands on them, in just curious
