I'm 22 years old and married to 28 year old trying to conceive

Hello everyone I'm new to this... But me and my husband are trying to conceive... We are stable I work 2 jobs but they are from the comfort of my home and my husband works also... We are first time home buyers to a big 4bdrm 2 bath home and we are ready to have some babies to fill up these rooms but what are my chances and how should I track my ovulation days?? Suggestions anyone
