2 vf positives ,very light af then a bfn all in the space of a few hours?!? Please someone give me their opinion I'm going crazy

Done a strip this morn thought there was a vvvfl so brought 2 diff brands done 2 out one kit and got.2 vfl then within hour got light af then few hours after a bfn. Please help! ! Could I be pregnant??
