I was diagnosed with pcos when I was 14. When I got married at 21 my husband and I immediately started trying for a baby. I tried 2 rounds of chlomid and nothing. Finally I switched doctors when I was 25 and he gave it to me straight. I was over weight and eating very non friendly pcos diet. He told me with pcos you really need to eat a certain way to better control it and there for get pregnant. He said I only needed to lose 10% of my body weight but I went beyond. Last January I cut out carbs, sugar and caffeine. Started eating lean meats, fresh fruit and veggies. Also no dairy. This past January I had lost 100 pounds and in Febuary found out I was 4 weeks pregnant. I actually started having regular periods after only 5 months of my new diet or as I say now, my new way of life. I'm telling you the way you eat with pcos helps a ton. I got pregnant without medication and strongly believe all women can with pcos if they change their lifestyle. It can be conquered and controlled
