i am 2-3 weeks pregnNt but it looks as if i am having a MC. first result was 52, second result 27, todays result 42. has anyone had this happen and what was the result good or bad

I had that happen and it ended up being ectopic

You'll just have to wait for another blood draw. That sort of pattern can indicate an ectopic pregnancy. They'll probably do an ultrasound if they rise again but may not be able to see much. It's definitely not normal.
