CD 58 and counting I guess...fml

I'm really getting mad at my body. I haven't had a period in almost two months. I'm not pregnant unless by some strange science it's possible to be pregnant without producing hcg. I either wanna bleed or get a huge belly, not play this wait game. I have a appointment in a week and I'm gonna ask to be checked for PCOS because I've been having cramps and a burning in the last part region for the past two weeks. And I've gained almost 20lbs from thin air And periods have become more spread out each cycle. Maybe im just going through a change but at almost 26 I'd thought that cbc would be over with.
