Confusion

Okay last Wednesday I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Friday,Saturday,Sunday I missed my pill. I took 2 yesterday morning then 2 @ the regular time I was supposed to take it. Around 12:00 yesterday afternoon I notice light color blood it was thick like string kinda. It only did it for about an hour and it stop. Now I've been having some stomach pains. Has anyone experience this before
