SCH found

So I went to the ER yesterday due to some spotting I was having (that's how I started with my previous miscarriage) so I was getting worried. They did blood tests and an ultrasound, I was supposed to be 7w6days baby measured 6w4days with a heartbeat of 118 they said baby is doing fine so that gave me peace of mind but they did find a small blood clot which they said was causing my spotting. They put me on bed rest and said that it should go away on its own. Has anyone been through this and had a successful and healthy pregnancy ? Any advice helps, TIA !
