"Stick, baby stick"??

Question

Just curious. This is my first pregnancy, I'm a little over 4 weeks today and I'm on the community and a lot of women make the statement "stick baby stick". This is sort of alarming, is it common to lose the baby or something? It's sort of a joy kill if you ask me. .. Thanks ladies!

Omg! Aly I suggest you log on here not to often. Especially, while your still early in your pregnancy. I would read all these post of the not so happy moments of pregnancy. I got really sad and would freak out if I felt pain in my stomach... I'm currently almost 21wks and still get afraid of something happening.

So stay postive!!

I think a lot of women go thru miscarriages & find comfort in sharing with the community. I also think it's just a way of saying you're hoping everything is good! I don't think it's common but it's not incredibly uncommon either. A lot of women on this app are TTC after loss. Just depends on who you're reading & who is sharing what. I haven't had any losses but struggled TTC

I think they are just trying to send good wishes to you .It sure is more common to loose your baby the first 12 weeks. I lost mine at 5 weeks :'(. It certainly doesn't happen to everybody, so enjoy your pregnancy and love your baby it is a gift. Healthy 9 months to you!

Those with losses have a right to express however they feel. They shouldn't feel a need to crowd into a corner because their pain and/or experiences makes someone uncomfortable.
Miscarriage happens. Successful pregnancies happen. Anything can happen. It's not a joy kill. It's real life experiences. That being said, everyone has different experiences - good and bad.

It doesn't mean anything negative. It's just sending good vibes for a healthy pregnancy and baby.

Which is why I think wishing someone has a sticky baby it's a great, positive thing because it's what every single person here wants. It's what we are all on Glow Nurture for anyway😂

If you rather not read that kind of stuff, try your best to not look at any posts that you think may be related to it or some people just don't visit the community tab. Do whatever you need to for peace! ❤️

It's just wishing you a successful pregnancy . I say " stay sticky baby" a lot . I hope I haven't been upsetting anybody on here by saying that 🤔
