UTI medication

I had gotten an bad uti about a month ago that got into my kindeys. Took the medication and back to normal now. My monthly prenatal appointment was today and my doctor prescribed me the same medication to take for a month even though my tests came back normal now. The pic below is what he's having me take. Has anyone else had to keep taking the uti meds? Just want to make sure our Lil man won't be affected by it, I'm very picky about what I put in my body.
