Not to sound ignorant but i have a quick question & I can't find the answer to in the internet. So I've heard that pre-cum can get you pregnant if penetration happens, but what if they guy just feels on you around your vagina without penetration or ejaculation involved?

When you are fooling around where hands or body parts touch there is a chance... generally pre-cum is a relatively small chance but it does have semen... if you don't want to get pregnant do not take the chance... Condom and clean hands! x

Precum, I believe is a man's natural lube, just as when a woman gets "wet". But there is a chance it could get you pregnant but it is a low chance, so I would ASSUME that if there is no penetration the chance would be even lower but still possible? Buy a pregnancy test to confirm your pregnancy or speak with a doctor about it. Best of luck to you!
