3cm dialted 80 to 90 effaced but a posterior cervix

So I guess what I want to to know is what will they do if I get to be 100 effaced and my cervix is still posterior... I'm 37 weeks and 3cm. The doctor said I made progress from last week but I'm worried I haven't made much (last week I was 2cm and 60 effaced.) I also lost my mucus plug on Thursday. I've been having period like cramping and back ache. Nausea and not hungry the past few days too
