Money vs love

I started talking to someone that is pretty wealthy, he's a dentist that is going to school to sepcialize, lives in a million dollar home, is going to inherit 2 clinics from his parents (dad is a surgeon) has expensive cars etc. but the best part is that he's a really nice guy, and is always interested in taking care of my daughet&seeing her,  he treats me right & always wants to spoil me, he's pretty much perfect. However... I don't feel too attracted to him because of looks (Horrible I know) people tell me I should go for it because 1) he's rich 2) he's in the same field that I'm going into 3) he cares for my daughter 

But I feel kind of guilty doing this bc looks matter to me so much & I feel HORRIBLE saying it lol.  What do you guys think about this? How can I stop being so immature about when it comes to looks?
