Has anyone else?

Question

Gone into labor without having any signs or being very far dilated? I'm due Saturday and I was only 1 1/2 cm on Monday. Just wondering if anyone's gone into labor without any signs or anything? I've tried walking its just so hot to walk too much.

I went into labor completely spontaneously- no signs. I had been 1-2cm dilated for weeks, typical discomfort, etc. Woke up the morning of 38 weeks to extremely painful back labor, went into the hospital 2 hours later and I was at a 5! The day before I had been to a ceremony at work, where we were stsnding up and sitting down repeatedly for what seemed like forever- I think that may have Kickstarted it but who knows. 😬

I was fingertip dilated at 36+5 and wasn't checked again bc I was scheduled for a csection due to a breech baby. My baby started turning all over the place so on Friday morning when I was admitted for my csection, I requested them to check position. I started having contractions pretty close about 6:30 that morning. I was 1cm. They checked me at 1pm and no change so I was sent home since baby wasn't breech. I woke up in the middle of the night with several contractions so I started timing them at 5am and they were 3-5 minutes apart. They got more intense after lunch so I went to the hospital. Got there around 2:30... Still 1cm. They got me up to walk and I was 6cm after 30-45 minutes. And delivered without meds within the hour.

Im cleaning my house but Im also only 37+4 weeks and I can sometimes feel pressure and cramping but im trying to take things slow because I want the house to be clean before baby comes and Im only half way done 😁. But I have a feeling that if I really push myself to work I could go into labor.
