Baby born 7/11
Had my baby girl via c section (planned 2nd) at 39+2. I got really nervous when I got on the operating table. The administration of the spinal was a painful pinch but the pain only lasted about 15 seconds and the nurses held my hands the entire time. I teared up a little due to nerves and the anesthesiaologist came by with a kleenex and wiped my tears away. ❤️ the surgery was soooooo easy and quick. I was shocked how efficient it was. My baby girl was born and they spent another maybe 20 mins stitching me up. I would never wish a c section on anyone that it is not necessary for but do want to say that mine was incredibly easy and successful. Next, I spent 3 hours in recovery that were difficult. I was extremely hot and sweaty, nauseous, and threw up a couple times. I felt out of it and woozy and it was not a good feeling. Baby girl nursed easily in recovery (the nurse helped me latch her). She was born at 9:35 am and by around 10pm I finally stopped feeling the nausea. I did throw up about 4-5 times during that time frame. Baby girl successfully nursed another 2x. She is healthy and absolutely perfect. 8 lb 6 oz, 20" long. She's a pound and 3 ounces smaller than my son was at birth. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😍👶🏻😇😇😇😇
