Help I'm not sure what this is from maybe an allergic reaction to something just one side of my body, itchy but burning  I just didn't know who to ask so please help me, ladies.

I put some lotion on it and it's still burning and itching pretty bad I've been putting ice on it and laying on a cold towel

Looks like just irritated skin.   If you can, try to apply a natural moisterizer, or coconut oil.   If it doesn't get better, or you have other symptoms like swollen glands, difficulty breathing, it spreads, or a fever, then go to the doctor if that's possible.    Other wise,
You could just have some dry skin right now

It could be the detergent you're using. Something similar happened to my mother and it was the detergent.

Try putting a cold fash washer on it see if that helps
