Hcg levels

First time posting and trying to get some feedback:) I am 7weeks4days pregnant (hopefully) with my first pregnancy. I went in for my first prenatal visit two weeks ago and I asked them to check my hcg levels, they said they don't do that normally.  My hcg levels were 37548 on 7/6 and 48121 on 7/9.  The nurse who called was contradicting and said "at some point your hcg levels stop doubling, but it could also mean a possible miscarriage or ectopic. It could be normal, but not typical." I have my first ultrasound tomorrow, which was moved up from originally scheduled on 7/19. Just wondering if other people have experienced these levels and what happened? Just anxious and worried 😬thank you!
