Gestational diabetes? Hypoglycemia?

Has anyone experienced low blood sugar after doing the gestational diabetes test? The hospital called me and asked me if I got food to eat afterwards, because my sugar was so low when they took my blood. I also had my blood drawn 10min before the hour mark so shouldn't it have been a little on the high side since you are supposed to wait an hour? I've been feeling dizzy and tired all the time but blamed pregnancy. My nurse didn't say I had to come in again and that I'm good. Just curious if any moms or pregnant peeps have the same thing going on. 🤔🙃😐
