I've had really bad cramping for the past few days, I'm also on my first pack of birth control pills, a few days ago I started have brown discharge and today the pain was so unbearable and I found this while going to the bathroom...please help I'm worried :(

I've heard that tissue is more like hamburger meat which is what that looks like. Especially since it looks whitish in the top pic. I would go to the doctor.

That's normal . When I started my birth control pills , when my period came it was all black then it got better over time . I stopped due to it being expensive .

Everyone body is different . Not miscarriage

Same thing happened to me just a few weeks after getting the depo, I think it might just be a regular blood clot, nothing serious ❤️
